Cassandra Salahuddin is an experienced RYT 200 Yoga Instructor who specializes in gentle flow movements. She aims to spread the benefits of Yoga to others as a tool for self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. As a U.S. Army Veteran and Plant-Based Chef, Cassandra has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and teaching it in Cleveland for five years. She is dedicated to sharing her passion and helping others find the same fulfillment.
